One small change each day

What is one thing you can add to your day to make it more positive? Try a variety of ideas to see what works best for you.


* Listening to a meditation may be a great way to start your day!

* EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or aka tapping) can be something to reduce stress. Easily add this tapping practice to your morning, afternoon, or before bed. It only takes a few minutes and you do not need any tools once you know how to tap.


* Repeating an affirmation three times can help you start your day positively or fix your mindset after a stressful meeting/problem.


* Note three things you are grateful for.


* Have a ton to do? Make a list with check-boxes. Go in order. Do not allow yourself to skip items.


I have found the list with check-boxes to be highly effective. My daily favorites; however, are the affirmations and EFT.
